What type of paper should I use in my laser printer?

People use different types of brands when it come to the paper they use. A few examples would be Hammermill, Quill brand, Xerox and many more. The brand of paper isn’t important, you can choose any type you want. The important part however is how many pounds that ream of paper is rated at. A good poundage of paper is rated at 20 pounds or 25 pounds for a laser printer or a copier. Any lighter and the machine will not work at it’s optimum. Also any heavier and you tend to have problems such as jamming or excessive wear with the pick-up rollers.

Do you do network service calls?

We do not do network service calls to the public. We work on the network in a limited capacity only when it comes to our clients that have a multifunctional copier or a laser printer that they have purchased through us or they have a maintenance agreement or full service agreement. Our networking knowledge is limited to the machines that we work on. We are not experts at all when it comes to network problems. Most companies will usually have an IT person on staff. If you are looking for a good networking person, please give us a call and we might be able to direct you to someone in your area.

“Tone” in it’s simplest term, means color plus gray. You are changing a color by adding gray.
